No. Reading fast is not a problem. The lessons have been
divided into eight minute lessons. Although some research
suggests that eight minutes is the optimum time to learn
effectively, this is not to conclude learning for shorter or
longer time periods is incorrect. If you read fast, you have
two choices; stop when you finish a single lesson or do two
lessons.

twenty minutes (or longer), this gives your mind the
opportunity to approach the “second lesson” with renewed
attention and with enthusiasm.

What if I just want to read this as a book and not do
the exercises at the end of each lesson?
Everyone has a unique way to learn and unique circumstances.
Certainly, doing the “exercise” at the end of each lesson is
desirable. The exercises help you tap into the power of your
unconscious mind. Still, if it doesn’t work for you—for
whatever reason—just read or use the material in another
creative way to achieve success.

How can your corses work by listening only 8-minutes a
day?
We know that people are busy and simply don’t have the time
or patience to listen to a self-help program that takes 30
or 45 minutes, or more. We understand that for a personal
change program to be useful and successful, it must be
practical. That is why we spent years designing a program,
utilizing the latest research in psychology and education,
which could do-it-all in just "8-minutes a day." Our
courses are very precisely constructed. Each word, idea, or
concept has been carefully chosen and placed. There is
absolutely no "fluff" in Wisdom Scientific Self-therapy
Audio Courses.

What do you mean when you say that your courses requires
only 3-weeks of listening?
Many people have reported that after listening to our
Emotional Nutrient audio courses for about 3-weeks (some
people in even a few days), and applying to their daily life
what they have learned, that their “problem” was
significantly reduced or eliminated. However, this is only
an average experience for some users. If after three weeks
some part of “the problem” still remains, you may then
decide to continue to listen to your course until the
problem goes away completely or enough for you to be
satisfied. After your initial success, you may find
occasional reviews helpful. For example: you may decide to
listen to the course once a week for the next few months.

Can I use more than one course at a time?
Yes and no: Yes, some courses compliment each other. For
example, our course Defeat Depression fits well with the
course Optimism. If you do plan on using more than one
course at a time it is suggested you focus exclusively on
the first one for about two weeks or so before introducing
the second one. On-the-other-hand, using more than one
course at a time may give your mind too many things to
focus on with the result of not learning sufficiently either
course. This is especially true if the two courses are
completely unrelated. For example, our course Strong
Self-esteem and the course Relationship Listening don’t
have any intrinsic connection. Listening to both at the same
time could lead to confusion as you are trying to achieve
two very different goals. After you have completed one
course and have successfully achieved your goal, you can
begin to use another course without any concerns.

What if I don’t get the results I expect?
The first thing is to honestly assess if you are using the
course properly. Do you listen to the course daily? Are
you frequently repeating and thinking about the "power
thoughts" throughout the day? Are you following the rest of
the suggestions and applying the lessons to your daily life?
If "yes," to the above, the following may apply to you:
Sometimes the source of a problem is planted deep within a
person. This may be because of a genetic predisposition or
because of a prior experience or trauma. Thus, you may need
to work harder than the "average" person to achieve success,
i.e., you may need to listen more frequently and/or for a
longer period of time. As well, some individuals may require
other treatments not provided by Emotional Nutrients audio
course such as professional therapy or medication, etc.

Do your courses use subliminal messages?
No. Subliminal messages can be problematic for two reasons.
When you listen to programs that use subliminal messages you
don’t know what the messages are since you can’t hear them.
You don’t know what, if anything at all, is being said to
you. A person should never trust and open their
impressionable mind to an unknown person or random messages.
This unfortunately is what happens when you purchase a
commercial product that uses subliminal mind programming.
You cannot possibly know the ethics, intentions, and morals
of the author. On the other hand, when you hear what is
being told to you (as in all Wisdom Scientific Emotional
Nutrients audio courses), it is possible for you to
evaluate the messages to determine if they are a good fit
for you. However, if you can’t hear the messages, you have
no idea of what is being put into your mind, whether for
good or bad. The second reason to be cautious of programs
that claim to have subliminal messages is that by there very
nature the “messages” bypasses conscious awareness. This can
be a serious problem because the teachings must match the
circumstance, need, experience, and personality of the
subject (the student). Clinical decisions about what is
“good” for an individual can only occur in a clinical
setting where the therapist, the professional who makes the
"messages," actually knows a great deal about the person who
is to receive them. The mass and indiscriminate marketing of
subliminal programs do not address the individual needs of
the listener, and as a result may even make the problem
worse (or in extreme situations, put a person in danger).

your own expert, decide if you want to accept them or not.
